As an NFL player and Division I gridiron standout, I have been personally been coached by several elite trainers over the past 18 years. I have been training kids and college students for the past 4 years at the Wide World of Sports Training Complex while i'm training. Now that I have officially retired from the NFL, I have decided that it is time to share my knowledge with the next generation on a full-time basis. Despite several coaching opportunities at the high school, college and even pro level, I believe that private coaching on an individual basis would be the best method for me to teach others what I have learned. I am willing to train most anyone who truly wants to become a better football player from the age of 6 up to young men who are in college, trying to break into the NFL, or who have made it and want to get better.

My first notable accomplishments came in high school when I was named to the North-South All Star Team as a senior. I attended Western Kentucky University where I set all of the school records for rushing yards. As a Junior, I was 3rd in the Nation in rushing yards and 1st in attempts and went on my Senior year to set the single season rushing record for the school with 1,695 yards. I was the Sunbelt Offensive player of the year, named as a Sports Illustrated All-American and one of 8 players to have back to back 1,500 rushing yards since 2000. I played 6 seasons in the NFL with 4 different teams including the Ravens, Buccaneers and Giants and won a Super Bowl with the Ravens in my rookie season. I played both running back and special teams in both college and in the NFL and was recently voted to the Western Kentucky University All-Century Team as the best running back in its 100-year history.

A client can expect me to bring enthusiasm unknown to mankind and to bring out the excellence in themselves. I have a variety of training methods but will customize it to each individual client's needs. During the initial session, I listen to the athlete and/or their parents as to what they are looking to accomplish and will assess their current level and custom tailor a program for them to maximize their own unique skillset. I firmly believe that warming up and stretching is as important as the workout itself and my goal is for them to learn proper techniques that will allow them to bring out their best that day and to create the right habits for the future. Throughout the athlete's time with me I will constantly monitor their progression and look for any weaknesses that they may exhibit to adjust the workouts as we go.
