More About Coach Bobby

I have trained many elite athletes and done countless camps for football and basketball over the years. I coached high school football/basketball. I have been a college basketball coach at Sierra College and college football at Louisburg College and a coach at UNC-Chapel Hill JV (Club Football Team) as well as coach football at Saint Augustine University. I have valuable knowledge to pass on to young athletes.

One of many great athletes to come from the Sacramento Area. I am known for football and basketball. I played and excelled in both football and basketball. I also study movement and mechanics of movement and how different body types respond to different movements.

Warm up, then skill driven, need driven, and goal driven. I have to assess the athlete before designing a routine for them. Get an understanding of their goals. Where they are and where they want to be.
