I have been training athletes for the last 8 years, I am the director of a 25,000 sq ft facility in Farmingdale NY that specializes in training competitive athletes at all levels. I have worked with pro athletes from football and baseball as well as a number of other sports.
Former All-County and All-League athlete who then competed collegiality before injuries sidetracked my career. Now I use the methods and techniques I have learned to keep athletes healthy and competing at their best.
A typical Session will follow this Flow:
- Foam Rolling (5 minutes prior to session)
- Dynamic Warmup (10-15 minutes)
- Corrective Exercise based off evaluation (5-7 minutes)
- Power Development (5-10 Minutes)
- Strength Phase or Speed Training (30-40 minutes)
- Conditioning (as needed)
