My clients can expect to learn a lot about the game and have a great workout with me while I am running along with him/her every step of each session. I teach fundamental skills while performing at game speeds. We will execute custom drills for your specific position and we will turn your weaknesses into strengths. I provide drills that will improve your shooting, dodging, defense, footwork, explosiveness, agility, sliding, groundballs and clearing in each session. My son had his first session with Coach Ben a few days ago. He had a great time while working hard and learning many techniques of attack. Coach Ben was dynamic and engaging throughout the lesson. His drills were fun and addressed my son's areas of need. My son was so energized from the session he has been outside practicing mornings and after school. We will definitely continue working with Coach Ben and look forward to the next session!
