A typical session is based on 4 parts: Warm up, Technique, Strength & Condition, Cool Down & Flexibility. This is the only part that is constant for all players, other than that every workout is unique to the individuals goals, starting point, and continuous performance.

Warm Up: Working from slow exercises at current range of motion to fast movement within the range of motion to warm up muscles and prepare for the work out.

Technique: Working with the drills and exercises that are the foundation to the exercises for the day and coming weeks in order to ensure the athlete knows exactly what expect and what is being worked.

Strength & Conditioning: Dependent on the athlete's goals and current level, this part of the work out is designed to tax the muscles and body in order to create the response we want, whether it be strength, power, explosiveness, acceleration, endurance, speed, or any combination of those listed.
