More About Coach Austin
I have experience training athletes ranging from youth through college with track & field and football. I have connected with multiple ages to ensure they have adequate training while building meaningful relationships.
I ran track & field at the NAiA at Doane University. During my 4 years, I competed in every sprinting event full-time. During my time at Doane, I was a 14x All-Conference athlete, 4x All-American, and won a national championship.
I customize the training plans for each athlete. The training program is always based on their age, skill set, and athletic aspirations. These sessions can be tailored for athletes who are looking for extra work outside of their normal practice, or the athlete's session plan will be set up for their full season that includes workouts for the week with a lifting schedule.
