I am a former collegiate cross country and track runner for Stephen F Austin State University where I competed for 5 years. I started my coaching career in August 2008 where I coached Cross Country and track. While coaching I have coached 7 athletes to the State Meet in 4 by 100 meter relay, 100 meter dash, and 200 meter dash. In Cross Country I coached 7 athletes to the regional meet twice. I also privately coached two cross country runners my Junior Year of Collegiate running. I have coached for 14 years.
