I have a passion for off season preparation. I have helped athletes from all ages excel in the regular season due to the detailed preparation. My coaching career began at my alma mater Long Beach Poly. Under the tutelage of great coaches such as Don Norford, Jerry Jaso and Tim Richmond I coached Defensive Backs and Receivers on the frosh level for 8 years. I then moved to Long Beach Jordan to coach Defensive Backs on the Varsity level for 2 years. I then moved to the Inland Empire where I focused on offseason training for high school athletes with a emphasis in footwork and mental preparation.

My athletic career began at Long Beach Poly where I played 3 years as a Defensive Back Under Jerry Jaso and Tim Richmond. I started 12 games on the Varsity level competing against stiff competition. As the Free Safety I was the signal caller on defense in which we only gave up 1 passing touchdown all season. After graduating from LB Poly, I attended Chapman University. I played 3 years at Free Safety under defensive wizard Kirk Jellerson. We amassed a 3 year record of 23-6-1 and were ranked nationally in total defense.

In football your footwork is the foundation of everything you do. I emphasize fundamentals and technique. Because I specialize in skill positions, I highlight quick feet, change of direction and a lot of hip turns. We do position specific drills that you can take to the field and excel with.
