I have 10+ years of experience with personal training of athletes and private clients and have been specializing with multisport athletes for the past couple years. I have a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology and have my CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist) with the NSCA. I am also a Level 1 USA Triathlon coach, Level 2 ASCA Swim coach, and a Level 3 USA Cycling coach. For triathlon I coach athletes of all levels, from brand new beginners to 70.3 World Champion qualifiers. I perform strength training for people of all abilities from couch potatoes just starting out or the experienced athlete who wants to learn new things for greater health and performance benefits.
I spent a majority of my life and career focusing on Hypertrophy and Power based exercises. Over the past few year my focus has shifted to competing in Triathlons which I have become extremely passionate about.
A session with me is designed to achieve your goals. I do not have a preset approach as a one size fits all. After a very detailed assessment and questionnaire I will put together a program designed to meet your individual needs including rehabilitation exercises, functional movement based training, general strength, power, and lots of fun.
