More About Coach Arianna
Arianna DiOrio earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Lasell University in 2014 and her Master’s in Rehabilitation Sciences soon after. She began her career at Wellesley College, working with soccer, basketball, swim & dive, squash, and softball before returning to Lasell as an Athletic Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coordinator. There, she supported women’s soccer, women’s volleyball, cross country, track & field, and baseball while also mentoring future athletic training students.
Since joining Bando Performance, Arianna continues to share her passion with athletes of all levels. She has worked with middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes—helping them return from injury, build strength, and unlock greater power in their performance.
In addition to athletic training, Arianna serves as Education Program Coordinator, where she designs and manages Bando’s internship programs. Whether on the floor coaching or behind the scenes shaping future professionals, Arianna is dedicated to providing the highest quality care and guidance to every athlete she works with.

I competed for four years at Lasell University, where I was a dedicated member of the women's soccer team and served as team captain during my senior year. My commitment on the field was matched in the classroom, where I earned the Lasell Academic Achievement Award. Competing at the collegiate level gave me a firsthand understanding of the discipline, teamwork, and resilience it takes to excel as a student-athlete—lessons I now bring into my coaching every day.
In a typical session with me, athletes can expect a structured, personalized workout that balances performance development with injury prevention. I start by getting to know the athlete’s goals and needs, then build each session around those objectives all while building a new level of confidence.
We always begin with a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for movement, followed by mobility and activation drills that focus on stability, balance, and movement quality. From there, I incorporate strength and power training (such as resistance work, plyometrics, and speed mechanics) tailored to the athlete’s sport and skill level. I also place a strong emphasis on proper technique, ensuring athletes not only work hard but also train safely and efficiently.
Sessions often finish with conditioning or recovery work, depending on where the athlete is in their training cycle. My goal is for every athlete to leave each session feeling challenged, stronger, and more confident with a clear plan for continued progress. Ultimately, I want all of my athletes to walk out feeling like a better version of themselves.
