More About Coach Antonio

I have been giving private basketball sessions in Fort Lauderdale for the past 6 years. My coaching is based on the principles I learned from my own private college and professional coach, to instill the conditioning and drills I found most helpful as a collegiate and professional player.
I work with ages 6 and up. My specialties include footwork, shooting, pivot moves, dribbling and conditioning. I emphasize moves and footwork to use with and without the ball to be a more efficient all around player.

I start my sessions with a dynamic warm up followed by conditioning and free throws, also tons of shooting and dribbling drills with defense and live action. I focus on weakness more than strengths to make a better player. We will keep chart to show progression and to make sure we are improving each session.
