More About Coach Anthony

I am a Strength & Conditioning Coach with a Bachelors in Exercise Science from Florida International University, as well as 2 years of hands on experience in the field. I’ve coached athletes ranging from elementary school to professional athletes. I specialize in Speed/Agility training as well as Strength training. I work with all athletes of all sports as well as general fitness and wellness for all populations.

Played football from 2nd-12th grade. 3 time state champion at St. Joseph Regional High School in NJ. I have not competed at a collegiate or professional level but I have coached and been involved in both environments. With that I’ve gained plenty experience on how to coach at an elite level.

All athletes will start with a Dynamic workout, then proceed into Speed, Agility, or Plyometrics depending on the sport the athlete is training for and how many sessions/week they train with me. Following that there will be some type of strength training involved. So expect to have 30-45 minutes of Speed/Agility/Plyo and another 30-45 minutes of Strength/Weight Training.
