I am a certified USA football coach. I also have NFHS certification. I can coach any aspect of the game. I will structure each session to the what the athlete needs.
I Played both Youth and High School Football here in Modesto. I also competed in Martial Arts for many years. I began coaching at the Flag Football level and moved to Tackle football 5 years ago.
All sessions will start with a light warm-up and Stretching. We will also cover "heads up tackling" techniques as I believe this is the most important thing we can teach our young athletes right now for their safety. Then the remaining time will be tailored to the athletes needs.
