I am certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM Certified Personal Trainer), USA Track and Field (Level 1 Coach), and the Road Runners Club of America.

I am passionate about running, and helping my clients discover their inner athlete brings me so much joy. My coaching includes runner-specific personal training, injury prevention exercises, custom training plans, running form and gait analysis, and nutrition coaching (specializing in gluten free diets).

If you want to complete your first 5K, qualify for Boston, or anything in between, I can get you there through a safe and fun training program.

I have been an avid runner for the past 10 years, competing in over 30 half marathons and 10 full marathons. I have run the Boston Marathon three times, qualifying on my first marathon. My marathon PR is 3:01, and my half marathon PR is 1:24. At the 2015 San Francisco Marathon I placed 4th overall, and won the 2014 Humboldt Redwoods Marathon and 2014 Stinson Beach Trail Marathon. I have also competed in multiple ultramarathons.

I focus first on stabilization and correcting muscle imbalances, including some flexibility and form drills. Then I move onto strength and power development to increase speed and explosiveness, utilizing plyometrics and high intensity circuit training. Running workouts are based on my clients' individual and specific time/distance goals and fitness levels.

Her combination of running and sports medicine expertise makes her the perfect partner for any runners who are trying to sort out their running form and improve their mechanics -- particularly if you, like me, are recovering from an injury!
