Warmup: Begin with light cardio that incorporates basketball skill, followed by a thorough stretching routine. This is essential for preventing injuries and maximizing flexibility and athleticism

Ballhandling:
- Athletic Stance: Learn proper athletic stance to maximize quickness and balance
- Feel the Ball: Learn the control the ball through the sense of feeling, and not relying on looking at the ball
- Dribble Moves: Learn dribble moves catered to the athlete's current skill level
- Train With Pressure: Practice what you have learned against defensive pressure

Passing: By taking the time to drill the skill of passing, you make your teammates around you better, and make yourself more difficult to guard. You will learn the proper technique for

After learning the technique for each pass, you will learn game time situations those passes are used fo such as

Shooting: There is no shortcut. The only way to be a great shooter is with lots and lots and lots of repetition. It is essential to use proper form to instill good habits, otherwise that repetition will only lead to you getting really good at doing it the wrong way. As a player, shooting was always my specialty. I have studied under and worked with various professional basketball players learning how to drill good shooting technique.

Hand Placement: Learn proper hand placement
Shot Motion: Practice the proper shooting form: Elbow goes up, hand goes down
Vision: Learn how to focus your vision on the goal

Very patient and straight forward. Easy to understand what he wanted and I could see my daughter's improvement of all handling after just one lesson!

I’m a college player and during the off-season I still work on my skills to prepare for the next season. There is always something I can learn and there’s always room for improvement. Andrew customized our sessions to work on my weaknesses and helped me improve my offensive skills.

My son has had 2 sessions thus far with Coach Andy and is already seeing positive changes in his game. I was looking for a coach to help him improve his overall presence and skills on the court.
