Andrew Dean

I trained athletes in strength and conditioning for 2 years at the university of illinois-Springfield. I made programs and coached sports like baseball, softball, women’s and mens soccer, women’s and mens basketball, tennis, and golf.

I played College baseball as a Left handed pitcher at the University of Illinois-Springfield winning conference pitcher of the year, 1st team all region, and all American. In 2019 I was drafted by the San Diego Padres. I am currently still playing pro baseball.

I like to focus on movement, mobility, speed and agility, then strength and power training. These can all be implemented into the same training session when programmed properly.
