All athletes will go through an movement assessment and will first and foremost learn proper Movement Prep and Warm Ups that are related to all athletic abilities. I run my programming on 4 week block cycles that follow in the order of Strength, Transition of Skill, Transferred Ability, Maximum Performance. Speed, agility, and conditioning drills will be general learning drills until athletes move into the Transition of Skill and Transfer phase which is where we will be specific with sports.
