More About Coach Andrew
I have experience working with kids ages 5-to 14. I have always been involved with training the youth since my high school and college days. I am also certified by Rutgers Youth Sports Research Council to be a coach and I will be obtaining additional certifications this upcoming season as I will be coaching 5/6U.
I have played football my whole life from Mitey Mites all the way up to the collegiate level at Kean University in Union New Jersey. I have been apart of state championships in pop warner and Conference championships in college.
Sample Session:
(10 Minutes) Warm ups - (Push ups, Sits ups, Jumping Jacks, Karaoke etc)
(20 Minutes) Strength and Agility Drills (No Weights Unless In High School)
(20 Minutes) Football Fundamentals
(10 Minutes) Conditioning
