More About Coach Andre

I have been coach and Speed and Enhancement trainer over twenty five years. I've been an assistant coach on the varsity for several years at Thornton, however I decided to take a head coaching job on the lower level (freshman) football team.

I made the conscious decision that my biggest impact would be getting these athletes ready for a higher level of football, starting from the bottom and I was correct, over 200 youths who I coached or training have went on to receive full athletic scholarship!!!

I've also tried both male and female athletes though my Speed Enhancement Training, how to Maximize Your Overall Performance In Sports!!!

My target group of youths I coach and train are age 6 to adulthood!!!

I earned All Conference and All Area in both baseball and football my junior and Senior seasons.

I earned All State and Honorable All
American in football my senior season.

I was blessed to earn over 20 high level
Collegiate football scholarships, finally
deciding to accept a full scholarship to play running back at univ of Louisville!!!

Any athlete that I'm blessed enough to coach and train can expect the following and so much more!!!

Upon booking your first session, we will have a conversation, discussing your goals so I can create specific program tailored towards your weaknesses so we can make them your strengths!!!

1) warm up - will consist of agility, jogging, running, jumping, lateral movement and explosive!!!

2) Stretching - after we've warmed up your limbs our focus will be to stretch several different parts of your body to prevent injury, increase strength, increase balance, increase explosion and increase speed!!!!

Not once have I named a specific drill or routine by name, that's for a reason,once we are together I will demonstrate on the name basis, that way we are on the same page!!!

Finally last but not least we will start to focus on your skill set, doing specific position drills, routines ect....
