More About Coach Andres

3 year Varsity High School Football Assistant coach, 1 year Junior High School Head Coach, 1 year Division 2 assistant runnings backs coach, and founder/head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Mettle Movements. Having worked with youth and high school aged(10-18) athletes I specialize in mastering the little details that other athletes over look. I use my Crossfit Level-1 Certification to train large team sessions and I use my Division 1 background and Masters Degree in education to help teach athletes the tricks of the trade in one on one sessions.

As a three year Rutgers University football letter winner I played in and help win four Bowl Championships as a running back. As a junior captain of my high school football team I helped lead my team to a district championship and as a senior I helped lead my team to it's first ever state championship.

College accolades include two time all big east academic awards for maintaing a high gpa and playing football. High school accolades include 2nd team all state as a junior, 1st team all state as a senior, and an all star Big 33 Football Classic selection.

Begin with a Dynamic warm up that test and improve flexibility, running mechanics, and reaction times.

Pending specific goals workout drills will build off the warm up with detailed coaching points and cues, ample recovery time and water breaks, as well as bench mark drills designed to test speed, reaction time, focus, power, etc.

We will always end our time with a band stretch to improve flexibility, injury prevention, and recovery time between work outs!
