More About Coach Andre
20 years coaching throws at all ages. Primarily a high school coach, but have coached youth and collegiately as well. Lowell High School throws coach since 2016, coaching countless Conference and State champions and School Records in shot put, discus and javelin.

Warmup and throw! Technical drills will be selected as-needed based upon the needs of the athlete. After a few sessions, this will get more organized as we move away from diagnostics into development.

Coach Andre knows his stuff and was awesome breaking down the fundamentals and technique for my son. He took the time to learn about my son’s strengths and weaknesses. My only regret is that I didn’t find him earlier! His notes were very detailed and you can tell that he truly cares about his instruction and athletes.
