I played Safety, cornerback and wide receiver in college while also participating in all special teams including kickoff and punt return at Azusa Pacific University. I have been the assistant Varsity football coach at El Monte High School for the past five years, coaching defensive backs, wide receivers and special teams. I have had the pleasure to coach a first team all leaguer every year, and currently last year had two receivers reach the double digit Touchdown mark, and 1,000 yards mark, while one receiver was nominated All-State, All-CIF, All-San Gabriel Valley. Over the past years, as a core of wide receivers we have broken the Single individual touchdown mark in a season (17) while as a wide receiver core helping our Quarterback break the area Touchdown record (44).

A typical session is filled with high energy, fun and detail oriented. My goal is to teach athletes the great need for body control, fundamentals, explosion, agility, hand eye coordination and footwork. As a sprinter coach at El Monte High School I also work on speed. I emphasize the need to maximize potential with the only two things we can all control: great effort and a great attitude. With experience I have developed a keen eye for the needs of athletes helping them grow and achieve maximum potential while having the privilege of two of my athletes being offered full ride scholarships; my #1receiver and the number #3 receiver. Humbly, I've been blessed with great coaches in college and high school who I've absorbed such knowledge while attending coaching clinics held by Nike, Strength, and going to various college practices like USC, Whittier College, UCLA and others. This is a craft which I truly enjoy and find great reward in teaching other athletes!
