More About Coach Allison
I have worked with multiple track and field athletes and am currently a Track and Field Coach at Lehigh University. Before Lehigh I Coached at Gwynedd Mercy University and William Tennent HS. I have worked with athletes in all events, however throws and jumps are my speciality.
I was a collegiate track and field athlete at Monmouth University. My main event was the shot put where I threw 50’2. I was a 5 time MAAC league champion, 8 time MAAC team champion, and 2 time field athlete of the year. I was on the all academic team and was the MSAAC president for Monmouth Athletics.
Training will depend on what the athlete is looking for. We will focus on perfecting form and transitioning that into our throws and jumps. The lay out will be a general warm up, followed by event specific drills and then throws/jumps.
