After graduating from John Ehret high school in 1991, I received a 4 year scholarship to the Oklahoma University. There I played Outside Linebacker for three years under Head Coach Gary Gibbs. Following my dreams I became the Linebacker Graduate Assistance Coach at Southern University 1999/2003. With a bachelors degree in Human performance and Kinesiology from Texas Southern University in 2007, I started working for myself as a Sports and Conditioning coach in Houston, Texas. Since then I've worked with Student Athletes from Houston Baptist University, Colorado University, Louisiana State University (LSU), University of Houston (U of H), Rice University, San Jose City JC, Tyler University, Oregon State University, Lamar University, Sam Houston University, Prairie View A&M University, Grambling University, St. Thomas High School and a host of other high schools in Missouri City Texas.

My focus would depend on what we are trying to get done that particular day. For example, It could be some cone drills to help him with his feet work. Based on the position determines the type of techniques. We can use to help him be successful at the position. I will include an assessment to see the athletes ability. After assessing the ability of that athlete some goals will be made to improve him in that area of need.
