Position Coach at all levels Defensive Backs, Wide Receivers, Running Backs, Linebackers, and Return-Specialist.

I've coached and trained athletes from ages 6-27 years of age. Offering knowledge on Football overall, but also providing extensive insight on proper technique and form for all positions, as well as workout plans and training's to improve strength, conditioning, speed, agility, and recovery.

University of California Davis Defensive Back/Kick Returner (2011-2012):
- 2011 Season: Finished fifth on the team in all-purpose yards.
- 2012 Season: Finished fifth on the team in all purpose yards. At one point lead FCS in average Kick-Return yards.

Former American River College Defensive Back/Kick Returner (2008-2009):
- Career Statistics at American River College (2008-2009): 60 Tackles. 4 Interceptions. 14 Pass Breakups. 4 Blocked kicks. Kick Return average of 26.8 yards.
- 2009 Mid Empire Conference All Conference Football Team.

Former Laguna Creek High School Alumni (2004-2008):
- 2007 First-Team Delta Valley All-league Team in Football.
- 2008 Starting Wide-Receiver and Corner back for Optimist All-Star Football Game.

Each workout session ranges from 60 to 120 minutes of intense training. Each session will vary depending on what it is that the athlete will specifically like to focus on. These sessions include fieldwork with ladders, cones, bags, sleds, and resistant bands. I will be involved in every step of the way in the workouts, as I'll demonstrate, observe, and critique overall technique, form, and body placement.

With each workout segment, With that are two types of workout sessions as follows:
A. Speed, Explosion, Power & Agility Session:
1. Warm-up – 10 to 12 minutes
2. Explosion, Power & Agility – 25 to 30 minutes
3. Speed training – 12 to 15 minutes
4. Cool-down (Recovery) – 5 to 10 minutes

B. Fieldwork & Conditioning Session:
1. Warm-up – 10 to 12 minutes
2. Footwork Drills – 15 to 25 minutes
3. Positional Drills – 15 to 25 minutes
4. Conditioning – 5 to 7 minutes
5. Cool-down (Recovery) – 5 to 10 minutes

Every athlete will gain experience and knowledge in:
1. Speed, Explosiveness, Power & Agility
2. Strength, Stamina, Technique, Positional I.Q.

Every athlete’s session will also be kept on record. This will help to identify areas of development, improvement, and personal goals.

Coach Hines has been coaching me since the 8th grade. Coach Hines has helped me to improve my speed, footwork, and quickness every year. As a freshman playing JV, I finished the season with 2 interceptions, 7 pass break-ups, 30 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, and 1 forced fumble. My improved skills have also earned me the opportunity to play Varsity as a sophomore. He will also be training me for my upcoming junior year.
Coach Hines' agility, speed, and strength drills have helped me to excel in all of the sports that I play, from Football, Basketball, to Soccer. My footwork has improved a lot and my quickness is on another level.
