The player can expect to become a better, smarter and healthier athletes.
I have competed at the NCAA Divsion III level of football at Husson University in Bangor, Maine. I graduated from Calabasas High School in 2012. Additionally, I have undergone NCAA Division I strength and conditioning.
A client can expect my full undivided attention on the main goal and big picture. Everything is earned, and is attainable little by little. A dynamic warm-up is key to prepare the muscles for a workout and prevent injury. Proper technique must be applied for muscle memory, injury prevention, and to effectively and efficiently translate good habits come game time. Speed kills, so speed and agility will be the next target in the workout. Using foot ladders and cones, we can prepare the athlete's body for intense success on the field. In addition to speed and agility, the training will be designed to make sure that the athletes understand the purpose of each of the drills. This is done because we want the athlete to be cognizant of what is going on because the greater understanding of what is going on will translate to faster play on the field. Next will be position specific workouts. Each position has its own tailored workout. Post session will include a cool down to acclimate the body from an intense mood slowly down to calmer mood and a stretch sequence will follow.
