I have coached primarily high school athletes in shot put and discus. I also have significant experience strength training collegiate athletes in the offseason. I have coached at Bonita High School as a offensive line and strength coach. I have also coached at Fischer Institute training NFL combine prospects.

I competed for four years in high school in the shot put and discus events, winning many track meets. I then went to play four years of college football at Azusa Pacific University. During my time at Azusa Pacific my Offensive line coach was Jackie Slater a former LA Ram and a member of the hall of fame of the NFL. While I played there we won two conference championships back to back years.

A typical session will include teaching of the standing throw and glide technique for shot put and standing throw and spin technique for discus. With emphasis on specific movement patterns to allow for optimal increase performance.
