More About Coach Ainsley
I am Ainsley Waugh, an Olympian for Jamaica 100m and 200m specialist, i coach kids who are trying to improve their speed for any sport . I train anyone who trying to improve there times and stand a better chance of best been their best in any sport. i am located in Uniondale at the omni building. I coach from ages 5years old to 65years old.
I have a numerous medals representing Jamaica over the last 14years at the highest level including..Olympic games, world championship, penn relays,Caribbean games ,diamond league and many other accomplishments.. i compete in track and field for 14 years at the highest level.
I have a alot experience how to develop the body to go faster and the technique to get maximum benefit for every stride. I place emphasis on the right technique, drills and leg placement to get maximum velocity which is very important.
