More About Coach Agne

I have over 20 years of coaching experience. I have worked with collegiate athletes mainly but I have coached high school and professional athletes as well. I hold USTFCCCA coaching certifications.

I’m a two time Olympian. Multiple times National Champion. Represented my Country at World and European Championships. Multiple National Champion during my Collegiate Career. Multiple times MVP during my Collegiate Career.

My strength is speed and power events. Technique and correct application of force is key. There’s no cookie cutter session - every session is decided on clients needs and where they are.
