I have been involved in various martial arts since the age of six. I hold a first Dan black belt in my current martial art, Taekwondo. Accomplishments in my sport have been participating in several live demonstrations. Note worthy demos have been my participation in the 32nd annual Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Festival at Union Sq, New York, as well as leading the Blue Dragon Demo Team as the demo team captain during the 34th Annual Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Festival in Flushing, Queens.

I have been staffing classes since a low belt and have taught classes as an instructor for about one year. I've taught at most 3 classes a day, with a group ranging from 2 to 25 students. I've taught more simplified children's classes, as well as rigorous teen and adult classes.

I specialize in martial arts physical fitness and kicking skills. Every class will have a different goal goal to accomplish. Where it be more flexibility, a stronger core, upper body, lower body, kicking skills, endurance, stance practice, spiritual meditation, all concepts will be covered. I will start my sessions with a standard of simple to deep stretching, cardio conditioning, physical training, and kicking practice. I want my sessions to boost the confidence and overall mood of my student. I want them to see a difference, where it be physical or mental, from the first day to their present class.
