More About Coach Adriane
I was a NCAA Division II Cross-Country and Track coach for the last 4 years, with two years of experience at the Division III level prior to that. In my 6 years of collegiate coaching, I had numerous All-Americans as well as all-conference performers and school records. While in Texas, my Track & Field program achieved a prestigious 4th place finish at the National Championships in both 2014 and 2015. I have worked alongside successful coaches in all event groups & understand what it takes to be successful at the collegiate level. While I have worked with college-age athletes, I look forward to working with our nation's youth to further advance the appropriate knowledge and training within both Track & Field and also sports training in general. I received both my Masters and Bachelors in Exercise Science and love applying my education to my profession!
I competed at Division I Indiana State University as an 800m specialist who also competed in Cross-Country. I achieved All-MVC status in 2008 and was also the prestigious MVC President's Academic Award winner at the completion of my eligibility. Overall success as a student-athlete was important to me and also extremely important to me as a coach.
A typical session will obviously depend on the specific event to be trained as well as the athlete's experience. Each session will begin with a general warm-up, followed by functional movement training (injury-prevention and strengthening), and then 2-3 event-specific exercises. Each session will end on a specific cool-down consisting of various dynamic flexibility exercises and static stretching.

Our first lesson was wonderful. My son really responded well to her and she was very patient with him.

I just wanted to say thank you, Coach Wunderlich, because you're the one who gave me my first shot when I wasn't a very good runner.
Grace/Former D2 Athlete (Testimonial)
Practicing my sprints and doing pre-season training for track, I find myself reminiscing on my first season with you. I wanted to take a moment to thank you, Coach. Your training has inspired me to push myself to new lengths and accept nothing less than my best. Thank you for being a great Coach!
