More About Coach Adrian

I have offered group fitness classes at a gym in Brooklyn NY for over six years. My coaching is based on the principles I learned from my own boxing and martial arts experience, and I incorporate the drills I have used through the years including, pilates, core training, plyometrics, calisthenics, isometrics and isokinetics

I enjoy working with athletes of all ages and skill levels, but I especially enjoy the challenge of coaching adults, because they appreciate the results and have some of the greatest challenges because their bodies don't always do what they what it to do. My specialties include footwork, core training, strength training and endurance training. Be prepared to sweat. I have been successful with weight loss but don't primarily that because that depends mostly on following a proper diet that may require the help of dietician.

I start my sessions with a dynamic warm up often to music we agree on. This is followed by stations, that may include balance training, strength training. I usually like to work upper and lower body each training session. The following session will be upper and lower but a different targeted muscle group with tons of repetition. I usually end my session with core work and then some light stretching.

Coach Adrian is a accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly person to work with. He does an excellent job of paying attention to the slightest details. It shows that he is all too familiar with the structure, politics, and process of boxing. In addition he has experience in other realms of combat that he enjoys giving insight on to give a different perspective on fighting. Overall, a great first experience to work with especially if you are new to the sport, coach Adrian is a ideal guide to get you were ever you are going.

Coach Adrian is a knowledgeable coach . I like the first session my sons more interested in working out. Definitely going to have more work outs with coach! I do recommend him for others whom want there children to learn boxing!

Coach Adrian is very good. We worked through a situation that almost caused me to miss my appointment. We had a very good session where we talked about my goals and how he works with his athletes. His advice and training were practical and not full of fluff that didn't fit my situation. I definitely will continue to use him as a coach.

After one session I feel like a have a game plan to correct my flaws and excel in the sport of Boxing. Coach Adrian was patient, informative, and honest. I will be booking future sessions and would refer him in a heartbeat.

Took several sessions with Adrian and loved every one of them. Working out with him wasn't just great athletically, but spending sessions with him every weekend was a great way to end one week and get ready for the next one: his holistic coaching extends beyond the body and into the soul. Simply put, Coach Adrian is the best. He is very knowledgeable, patient, nice and great at explaining different techniques and movements. Coach A assessed my strengths and weaknesses very quickly and came up with a plan on how to improve, while at the same time maximizing each session with physical exercise with easy to understand explanation on form. Coach Adrian overwhelmingly exceeded my expectations. He is hands down the most technical, detailed-focused boxing/mma striking instructor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has a superb understanding of the body mechanics involved in throwing a punch, boxing/mma defensive skills, and a bevy of other striking tactics. Even more impressive is his talent in articulating difficult concepts in an easily comprehendible manner to a beginner, while ensuring majority of the coaching session is spent physically training (as opposed to discussing theory). My first session with Coach Adrian was a great experience. I learned a great deal of martial arts technique that I never would have elsewhere. He is very patient and was cautious with my groin injury. He knew how to maximize our session with my injury limitations which was comforting. I am very lucky to have found him.
