More About Coach Adia
I am a USATF Level 1 certified coach. Who has been coaching High School Track and Field athletes, between the ages of 14-19 in NJ, for 5 years.
I was NCAA Division 1 track and field athlete, who qualified for USATF club nationals in 2016. Along with being a multi state, conference, and county champion in HS; in addition to qualifying and competing in multiple New Balance nationals and Eastern meets.
In addition, to track and field, I also have 16yrs of experience playing club soccer, and competing at the high school level.
Furthermore, I also have 5yrs of experience planning and coaching strength and condition programs for High School athletes.
Ideally in my first few sessions with the client I would like to take some time to get to know the athlete. We will spend time identifying how much experience they may have, assessing their athletic capability, doing a technical analysis, and establishing a training goal for the duration of their time with. Once that has been established I will be creating a training plan dedicated to strengthening the areas in which the athletes need most help, correcting any poor technical habits, and overall increasing the athletic capability of the athlete.
