The session will consist of a workout individualized to work on your specific needs based on your sport and position, previous injury concerns, or personal preference. Sessions can include weight room work, or speed, agility, and conditioning drills. Long term training programs can be scheduled and will take into account for post, pre, and in-season needs. This service is not solely limited to athletes; personalized training sessions can be scheduled for general health and fitness concerns as well.

Coach Adam really knows his stuff! First he had me do some diagnostic stretching and warm ups to look for muscle imbalances. He noticed that I had a weaker core, and showed me some really awesome exercises to strengthen it. He also taught me how to deadlift, squat, and bench with proper form. I'd been doing these things for a while, but he pointed out form issues that I didn't even know were there. He taught me variations of these exercises catered to my flexibility, and also showed me how to perform stretches that would make these exercises safer. I've had trainers in the past, and Adam was absolutely a cut above in terms of knowledge. He has a graduate education in exercise science, and it shows. He takes a methodical, calculated approach that is unique to you and your limitations. He is an exercise technician that is more than capable of whipping you into shape in a multitude of ways. To anyone reading this review, he has my highest recommendation, and you should not hesitate to book a session with him.
