More About Coach Adam
My coaching experience consists of 3 years of coaching both 7th/8th-grade level athletes in football and track and field. More specifically, I taught athletes shotput and discus, and offensive/defensive line. I coached all of those years at Tecumseh Junior High School in Lafayette, IN, while attending Purdue University.
Had many top 5 finishes in the discus event my senior year of high school, plus one top finish. I competed at Noblesville High School, which had an excellent track and field program. As a coach, every year I was able to have a discus/shotput thrower qualify for the state meet, with the highest finish being 8th place for girls shotput in 2024.
What a client should expect from me is a different set of eyes, as it will be more of a 1on1 session involving improving on fundamentals of the discus throw, discus-specific drills, and other tips to improve as a discus athlete.
