More About Coach Abderaman

I have over twenty years coaching experience in coaching youth athletes and adults in track and field,I'm a certified GHSA high school coach where presently I coach high school track and field at Savannah Country Day School. I'm a former USTAF coach affiliate.

My twenty years in track and field has allowed me to be a former olympic athlete in various countries and states, I'm a recipient of various international olympic scholarships that afforded me to compete at various high levels of track and field.

My main focus is for my clients to have a mental preparedness toward a common goal, which is discipline and strength, I push my clientele to achieve their goal potential. My drills consist of implementing increase power, effective warm-up,Base conditioning, linear Acceleration, Top End Speed Mechanics, and Strength Training.
