My son really enjoyed his workout with coach Rambo while learning things to do outside of 1 on 1 coaching that he can do on his own at home. Overall a great experience and look forward to connecting again soon.

Coach Aaron is a great coach and definitely knows what he is talking about. There was no wasted time working out with him as we went from one drill to the next.
Matt Leonard Head Football Coach, Physical Education Teacher. Foster High School (Testimonial)
I first met Aaron five years ago when we coached on the same football staff at Interlake High School. From the moment I met Aaron his enthusiasm for coaching and mentoring young men was evident. He has an infectious personality that players gravitate towards. When I was hired as the head football coach at Foster High School in 2013 Aaron was one of my first hires. When I was hired I was working an 85 job that made it difficult for me to run our offseason weight training and conditioning program during the summer. Aaron stepped in and took over our offseason program and did an amazing job getting our kids physically ready to play. He created a bond with the students on personal level that the kids to this day still remember. Aaron served as our running backs coach and defensive backs coach. He also took on the task of sitting up in the booth on the headsets with me to be my “eyes in the sky”, this is possibly the most important position on the coaching staff. He was the only coach who coached both a defensive position and an offensive position. His flexibility and knowledge of the game helped tremendously in my first year as a head coach. Aaron left the program after the 2013 season to pursue coaching a semipro team and get himself ready to become a head coach. I fully supported his decision then to take on his own program and I am pleased today to be able to advocate for him. He would be a great hire in any program and tremendous asset to not only your school but to your entire community.
