More About Coach Aaron

I been running professional track for the last 11 years. I was on the 2008 summer Olympic team for Trinidad and Tabago which won the silver medal in the 4 x100 meter relay.

I have worked with athletes that currently compete on the professional level. They include Tyson Gay, Kellyann Baptist, Jermey Davis, Mark burns,
and a number of others. Being a father of 4, I enjoy working with kids of all ages. Every child should have the opportunity to excel in his or her individual events.

My training programs starts with learning the proper way to warm up, stretch and the drills that benefits a track athlete. I focus on body position and general technique. I believe you enhance what a runner does well and correct what's wrong. I am able to show and execute running strategies that I expect my athletes to learn. My mother and father were 2 time Olympians. Track is a sport that I am passionate about and I will do my all to bring out the best and to show change in your's or your child's career.

Coach Aaron was very engaging and very helpful to my son. He took time to understand my son and worked with him at his pace. I can already see results in my sons technique and speed in running from just one session. The key was getting in the car on the way home and asking my 11 year old what he thought. With a smile on his face, he said he really liked it and wants to go back for more sessions.

12/21/2020 - Coach Aaron is a very nurturing and organized trainer. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a dream or a goal that requires a lot of effort. Coach Aaron trains older and younger athletes as well as non-athletes. He motivates and communicates without judgment so do not be afraid of your starting position. What I enjoyed most about Coach Aaron was his keen sense of observation towards my capabilities. He guided me and then pushed me at the appropriate times. Definitely a great find!

Coach Aaron knew exactly what my daughter needed to focus on to make her better. After the first lesson, I asked her how she liked her lesson. She told me she learned a lot and was excited to apply what she learned. Coach Aaron has given her valuable skills and techniques to improve. He is very knowledgable.
