More About Coach A.J.
I have approximately 7 years of experience training athletes. I’ve worked with athletes at the collegiate level and have trained with players at the professional level. I have worked with ages 6-60 years old.
I ran track in high school, won state in the high jump (clearing 6’10), played division one football at the University of Kentucky and the University of South Florida.
I focus on strength and conditioning with a wealth of background knowledge in Football and the wide receiver, and defensive back position. My sessions are geared towards whatever each client needs are.
