I would do push ups because that works your entire body!

Burpees are a great bodyweight exercise. It combines squats, push-ups and explosion. Its effectively combines strength with cardio.

I would do rope climbing! It workouts your entire body from head to toes! It also workouts your mind and heart because it is so challenging!!
