Trench Lab Elite: 13–18 Year Olds

Clinic Description

Trench Lab Elite is a high-level development program designed specifically for athletes ages 13–18 who want to dominate in the trenches. Our mission is to sharpen every aspect of a lineman’s game — physical, mental, and technical.

At this age, players are stepping into bigger, faster, and more competitive football. Trench Lab Elite provides the environment and coaching to prepare athletes for the next level, whether it’s excelling in high school, earning a starting spot on varsity, or preparing for college football opportunities.

Our sessions focus on:

• Explosiveness & Power — Developing first-step quickness, hip drive, and leverage.
• Footwork & Balance — Mastering movement to control the line of scrimmage.
• Hand Combat & Technique — Learning how to strike, reset, and win battles every snap.
• Game IQ & Confidence — Teaching players how to read defenses, identify tendencies, and play with confidence.
• Mental Edge — Building toughness, leadership, and focus to excel under pressure.

Every athlete receives individualized coaching, game-speed reps, and constructive feedback to maximize growth.
