This clinic is designed to help athletes build a strong foundation on the field. We will start with a dynamic warm up followed by speed and agility work on the field. We will then move into soccer fundamentals focused on ball control, footwork, and game awareness. We will finish with a cool down, mobility work and a short Q&A so athletes can walk away with tools they can use beyond the session.
