This summer, we will spend 6 weeks focusing on proper mechanics, acceleration and race modeling, as well as meet preparation.
Athletes have the option of attending our USATF Sanctioned Meets through the Swift Track & Field Club this summer. I look forward to helping your athlete develop speed, endurance, and competition readiness this summer.
Each session will include:

- Flexibility
- Application of technique
