Winter is here! Come join me for a 4-day hurdle intensive where I will share what I have learned over the past 8-years of coaching and learning from some of the most notable coaches of this century! Are you ready to kick off the 2019 season?

This intensive will be EMPOWERING (#girlpower), INFORMATIVE, and most importantly TRANSFORMATIVE. Each day is designed to make sure ALL athletes leave with CONFIDENCE, a developed sense of what it means to be a hurdler, IMPROVED TECHNIQUE, and a DETAILED ANALYSIS of their individual training needs to take home. Parents will also be educated on the best training solutions for their athletes!
