Event Description:
Available for Grades 5-12!
Please DISREGARD the time glitch from the CoachUp App. Summer Track & Field Camp @ Valley Christian High School San Jose (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays)*10AM-12PM PST* 12pm-1pm we will have weight training for eligible athletes.
Personalized video analysis will be provided on Wednesday sessions!
The goal is to provide individualized as well as group support for your athlete's unique speed needs! Mondays and Fridays are recovery days for athletes.
Hurdlers and Jumpers are welcome! We will have hurdle & jump technique on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Each session will include:
- Dynamic Warm-up
- Hip, Glute, and Ankle Activations
- Mobility
- Mechanics/ Drills for jumps, hurdles, and sprints

One of the following: Race Modeling, Blocks, Curve Running, Acceleration, Frequency, Stride Length
- Cool Down
- Stretching
- Nutrition Education & Mental Performance Education
Recovery Days = active rest
Active Rest= hiking, biking, basketball, swimming, elliptical, soccer
This is for mental and physical rest from the repetitive movements of track & field.
