This Foot and Ball workshop series is a rhythm series focused on understanding how to maneuver the ball with all surfaces of foot - laces, instep, outside, bottom, heel, toes. The goal is to get as many individual touches on the ball as possible. Players train to reach an in-depth understanding of full foot-and-ball control and the capacity to improvise their ball control skills to fit their personal style. While traditional soccer moves are important, there is a lack of focus in teaching players to grow an overall comfort with the ball. When these skills are excluded from training, players do not gain the proper tools to grow their own technical creativity and style. This series fills in this gap and expands a player’s footwork ability.
