This speed session will be a group practice available to runners of all levels and all distances. We encourage runners who compete from 100m - 10,000m to attend. The main focus of this session will be to increase the speed/power of each runner. We will also help with biomechanics. The session will consist of distances ranging from 100m - 300m, as well as plyometrics & speed - speed development exercises. It’s good session for athletes of all sports looking to develop overall speed.
