Event Description:
Training will run for one hour. We will begin our session by covering the types of techniques on the line, identifying the "Box" and personnel, as well as talking general football vocabulary.  The physical training session naturally begins with a dynamic stretch & flex warm up period. We then move into an EDD's (Every Day Drills) portion where we focus on the agility, footwork, pad level, and hand placement crucial to every football player's success. To top off our training we will work on different areas of Offensive Line specific fundamentals.
