YEAR-ROUND TRAINING & SUMMER PROGRESSIVE CONDITIONING CAMPS

5 WEEK YOUTH SPORTS CONDITIONING CAMP

The 5-week advanced conditioning camp includes premier sport specific coaching, as well as college level testing for scholarship prospects. Coaching days and testing days will have an overarching goal of WORK ethic, teamwork, and self discipline.

  • Week 1 (Accountability & goal setting): Learn how to set and accomplish goals.
  • Week 2 (Linear and lateral speed work): Establish proper movement patterns required by all sports.
  • Week 3 (Fundamental to advanced agility work): Build on the learned movement patterns and incorporate agility training.
  • Week 4 (Fundamental to advanced plyometric work): Incorporate all aspects of weeks 1 and 2 into dynamic training situations with jump & power training.
  • Week 5 (Conditioning & mental toughness training): Introduction to WORK ethic self discipline trainings overlaid with mental toughness training.

***Sessions are Monday & Wednesday from 8am to 10am from June 19th-July 19th. Ages 7-12 only.***

***Athletes not on their best behavior will be warned once and removed without refund if continued disobedience. We want this camp safe and productive. Distractions will not be tolerated.***

***Parents will receive The Youth High Performance Conditioning & Nutrition Guidebook.***

***All non association members are required to pay a sepaerate $40 to the association one time for the camp***
