📢 Trench Lab Elite Event Description

Event: Trench Lab Elite OL/DL Skills Clinic

This clinic is designed for offensive and defensive linemen looking to master the fundamentals of trench play. Whether you’re brand new to the game or already playing, our focus will be on:

• Stance, footwork, and hand placement
• Body control and balance
• Explosiveness off the line
• Core trench techniques for OL and DL

Our goal is to build a strong foundation while also giving players game-like reps that translate directly to the field.

All athletes will receive coaching from experienced linemen and trainers who know the details of line play at a high level.

⚠️ Fine Print:

This clinic is designed for athletes with at least 2 years of OL/DL playing experience.
